Karma - Philadelphia

The food was well-prepared, unique, and delicious, and the waiter was attentive to our spice level preferences. However, several items were unavailable, which was disappointing, and being a BYOB restaurant should be clearly stated on their menu. Our group of four would definitely return, as it’s a great option for those with varied tastes. My chicken was fantastic, and the veggie paneer was excellent as well.

The food was excellent, and I would definitely visit again! However, the restaurant could benefit from more decorations or a designated area for photos. Overall, the food really stood out as amazing.

I had a dinner date with a longtime mentor and friend, and we chose this restaurant, which was quite busy by 7 PM. The service and food exceeded our expectations. Our server was well-informed about the menu and very polite. Our meals were served promptly and were absolutely delicious. The dishes offer a range of spice levels from 1 to 5, and the restaurant only accepts cash tips. If you're looking for an affordable and tasty authentic Indian meal in a relaxed atmosphere, this spot is conveniently located within walking distance from Philadelphia's famous Old City district and a short drive from Penn's Landing.

Karma is absolutely delicious! Our waiter was attentive and patient- he took the time to describe dishes we weren’t familiar with and helped my partner find a sauce he’s had in the past but couldn’t remember the name of. Although the ambiance is a bit quaint the food and service was phenomenal. Definitely a new favorite of mine!
