Some of the reviews should not be trusted. The complaints seem unjustified, especially when witnessing how disrespectful some customers can be towards the workers. Losing your temper will not solve anything. Just imagine being the kind of person who complains about the machines 30 minutes before closing time. The staff have lives too and should not be expected to solely exist to serve customers.
I absolutely adore Dunkin Donuts.
