This restaurant deserves five stars in every category! The food, service, and atmosphere are all exceptional. The dishes are light and refreshing. After sharing two appetizers, two main courses, a sushi roll, and dessert, we felt pleasantly satisfied—not overwhelmingly full like after a heavy Thanksgiving dinner. The main courses may not be large, but they are thoughtfully crafted in terms of flavor and presentation. They offer monthly specials that keep things interesting! The service was friendly and attentive, with timely attention to our needs and frequent refills of water. The atmosphere is set in a stylish retro building that's been transformed for dining. The decor, ambiance, and lighting create a sleek and comfortable vibe, making it ideal for a date or a special occasion. Don’t miss their fantastic happy hour on food until 6 PM!

The staff was exceptionally accommodating, doing everything possible to ensure that our dining experience was outstanding. The service was quick and efficient. You could really tell that the ingredients were of high quality, and the presentation was excellent. The atmosphere was fantastic too, and I will definitely be returning in the future. If you're seeking a memorable dining experience, I highly recommend trying Kaizen.

I regret not taking more photos during my visit because I was really immersed in the experience. The atmosphere is urban and industrial, with excellent lighting that sets a chic tone. I absolutely loved the ambiance; it felt very upscale. The ahi tuna was possibly the best I've ever had, and they also offer local sake from Holbrook. The selections at Wasabi were truly enchanting. I will definitely be returning!

We visited for Happy Hour and made sure to try several dishes that we had been curious to taste. Everything was so delicious that we couldn't wait to take a picture and immediately started eating! I'm a big fan of the pulpo/octopus dish. The texture was prefect. I was pleasantly surprised by the gyoza dish, as well. The attention to detail in this dish elevated it from a humble appetizer/side dish to one of the highlights. The sushi was fresh, tasty and playful. It takes a great team to pull off the aspects of great food, great service, and great atmosphere. Kaizen consistently brings it!
