McDonald's - Phoenix

Even if there was no line, there was always someone to take our order. once it took forever to get our food. do not recommend this mcdonald’sfood: 2/5

That was literally the evil mcdonalds I've ever had. I've been at mcdonald for two years and if my super load looked like that, someone would have fired. the bathrooms were disgusting with organic speed on the toilets, müll over the floor and trashes overflow. there were more than enough people to clean up the restaurant. the lobby was also a chaos, I understand that they are not in the best opposite, but cleanliness must be a focus. After I saw this, I didn't order anything, my bf only got a drink and if they let her head of the house look like that, I could only imagine what it looks like behind the counter. I hope you do better management and hire that to take care of customer satisfaction and well-being.

That was probably the worst mcdonald I ever had in my life! I'm on the way to every country that has eaten thousands of mcdonalds, and that takes the bitter beer cake. I ordered online and it took 35 minutes to get my food. I asked for a refill and the manager gave such a bad attitude to say how dare they eat me evil and cold. no place to bring a child and the bathroom. I'm sorry I just ate. I'm asking for two stars if I could. -2 stars will never go again, even if it is cold and I starve and they offer warm and free food.

I don't usually do this but come on people do better !!!!The cashier service it's the worst and the food was horrible, fries ware not fresh at all and the spicy chicken was super greasy.I'm not a picky guy but this Mac it's bad.
