The bread was lackluster, and the fish in the fish and chips tasted like frozen fish sticks. It also seemed like the oil used for frying was old. The service was somewhat slow, but the Asian gentleman who appeared to be the manager or owner was very friendly. Overall, I would give the food a rating of 3 out of 5.
The customer service here is outstanding. The food is incredible, but what really stood out was the service. I arrived 30 minutes before closing, and despite knowing that late customers can be a hassle, the staff was extremely polite and maintained their composure throughout my visit. I was bracing myself for someone to be rude, but they were genuinely nice instead!
I'm sorry to say that I spent $93 on 5 pounds of shrimp that were both dirty and unappetizing. It was such a waste of money. This restaurant was great when it first opened, but I'm not sure what has gone wrong since then. The food was really disappointing, and I won’t be returning. I was genuinely shocked by the experience. Rating: 1/5.
Unfortunately this Star Crab location was not as good compared to the Star Crab in Centinela that I've had before. The flavors we just not as strong and the seafood was just not fresh. I sadly would not come back to this place just because it's not the same when it came to the quality and flavors of the food.Food: 2/5
I had an amazing experience at this restaurant! The service from Nerly was fantastic—very friendly and attentive. The food was even better than what I’ve had at Boiling Crab. I highly recommend the Blue Star Combo; it was delicious!
