No crispy chicken! this is the only reason I stopped, but at least they were not rude workers.

The staff is rude, the chicken is usually overcooked. they are annoyed when they order the menu. Don't come in, you're gonna wait for one.

I didn’t have the awful experience that others have reported here, so check out their reviews. I’ve visited the drive-thru a couple of times, and it feels like a pretty average KFC. The staff isn't particularly friendly, but they are a bit more accommodating than simply tolerating customers. Overall, this location is definitely better than the one on 28th Street near Food Smart, which I reviewed earlier today.

The staff is unfriendly, and the chicken is often overcooked. They become annoyed if you try to order off the menu. If you decide to go inside, be prepared to wait for a long time.

Terrible experience on September 29, 2022. They locked the door on a family with a disabled member. This restaurant seems determined to drive away customers. We were left outside for over 30 minutes after we had already paid our bill. The manager and the staff need to be replaced immediately, or this place should just close down before something worse happens!
