Jersey Mike's Subs - Pinecrest

Ordered delivery online and received with 4 sandwich ingredients incorrect....almost like that ignored most of my customizations

I arrived at 8:28 PM, and with the restaurant closing at 9 PM, I was the only customer there. After waiting for 5 minutes without assistance, I requested help and asked for a hot sub. To my disappointment, they informed me that they couldn’t make hot subs because they had just cleaned the grill. This immediately cut my options in half. When I inquired why they couldn’t just turn the grill on for a cheesesteak sub, the attitude was noticeable as they repeated that they couldn’t do it because they were preparing to close. I've been a fan of Jersey Mike's for years, but this location has really declined, and I honestly won’t be returning. When I shared my experience with two close friends, they recounted similar stories. So, a word of caution: avoid going after 8 PM, as the staff seems to be in a closing mindset.

Without a doubt, this is the best sandwich shop around. The service is exceptional, and the subs are prepared quickly. Everything was spotless and incredibly fresh.

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. I walked in at 8:21 PM, even though they close at 9. As soon as I entered, the staff gave me a cold look and didn't say a word. I stood there waiting for one of the three employees to acknowledge me or take my order, but they seemed determined to take their time, as if they wanted me to leave. After waiting until 8:45, I decided to walk out.

We stopped by to interview the staff for a school project. The employees were incredibly friendly and well-prepared. The restaurant was spotless, and they went the extra mile to accommodate dietary requirements.
