Luna Rossa Verace Pizza E Griglia

Iniziamo con il duo di montanarine, che ho trovato personalmente squisite, le migliori assaggiate finora in Toscana. Le pizze sono ottime come nella sede precedente, ma con qualche scelta in più nel menù. L’impasto è leggerissimo e gli ingredienti di prima qualità, posizionandole ai primissimi posti nella mia classifica delle pizzerie di Firenze e dintorni. Non ho provato i panini (che, visti agli altri tavoli, sembravano davvero buonissimi), ma tornerò presto per assaggiarli anche. Il servizio è stato efficientissimo e veloce, nonostante la folla del sabato sera. Il personale è simpaticissimo, educatissimo e competente. Anche il gestore è molto cordiale e alla fine del pasto ha deciso di offrirci un ottimo digestivo. Assolutamente consigliato!

Review for pizzebbirra. Very nice but not formal environment. Young climate. Pizza with prices now in line with the Tuscan high prices (unfortunately). Excellent choice, the first menu with photos of the dishes which didn 't bother me. Good Neapolitan style pizzas, with the only flaw being the incipient rubberiness after cooling. For the rest, excellent ingredients offered in original combinations. Also dark beer and weizen on tap. Food: 4
