Mission Bbq - Pittsburgh

I go on 50 and travel all the time for a living was in restaurants all over the country and I must say that this place had the best customer service I ever get anywhere in the casual restaurants fast service circuit. I was impressed by how friendly and courteous the staff was here. amazing about the expectation and if they have not yet been here, they give this place a chance and the meat with the spicy ketchup was also quite good.

That was me and the first visit of the mission bbq. the service is top notch. the young lady who took our order was very helpful and explained the choice of means of life. james imagined while we were eating to tell us that we should ask him if we need anything. later he came by to take our tablet and bring me a to-go box. hubby got the meal sampler and let me try his smoked lead sludge. it was dynamit! I have the rips and maggies Mac-n-Cheese. the ribs fell from the bone. I tried all six sauces and two liked best, but they were all good. extra- a female server came around and had a conversation with an older one. She stole to talk to her. I thought that was a very gracious gesture, especially a young person. the service and eating are at the top.

Very nice place very awesome management staff produktiw we were well treated when they are looking for freshly smoked foods with at least six choices of grill sauce on the side, this is a great place to not wait too long for good eating as always a good thing for me. if they let them know that it is their first time, they can get a sample of different taste grill sauce. also it is an interesting place on the inside of the whole remembrance. and I love the greens my children love the mac and cheese and they might also want to try to sweet potato casserole, but of course the brisket the ribs were very good lol try everything.

I've never been to mission bbq, but always wanted to go as I heard good things about her. So I stopped at the last weekend and when I went to him, it was about 1 o'clock on Saturday. the line was up to the door. but I made it to the cash register to give my order in less than 2 minutes! she was really pleasant and super friendly! then I got my food within 1 minute and it was hot and fresh! I ordered the chicken sandwich and pommes combo. the type that gave me my command asked if I had ever been there, and I said I had not and he went over large details about her eating and it sounded so delicious! So I sat down to try my eating and I loved that they had all kinds of sauces right at the table to try. So I tried the memphis Belle sauce on my sandwich, I loved it so much I used it on my fries too! I was almost ready to eat while I enjoy the brilliant music they play. then there was a worker who walks around and offers a rehearsal of their fresh brownies, he came to my table and asked if I wanted one and of course I did it and it was really good! then a few minutes later the manager came to my table and asked if he could bring me something and if I had been there before, I told him I didn't. he asked me if he could ask me why I wanted to go there today. So I told him I always wanted to try and my car was working close. he went on to tell me how proud they are that their customers are satisfied. his name was trevor, and I could tell definitiw that he was passionate about what he did. He really took care of the customer experience. that is now and on days so rare and it was really nice to see such a dedicated manager. he asked me if there was something on the menu I was interested in. Of course I was super full after eating most of my huge sandwich and pommes. I asked him what he recommended, and he then asked me if there was something I didn't like, I called three things he said it was generally no matter to me, I don't like drilling or cole Slav and I forgot the third. he said how about I bring them mac and cheese and our carmel apple cobbler. I said sure that sounds amazing! he brought her back and with a lid and a bag, as I couldn't eat at that time. I was so impressed by the care and service while I was there amazing. trevor really deserves to be recognized that he is one of the best manager I ever come in a restaurant, good, I am sure he is the best manager I am coming in the restaurant business. I work in customer service and really appreciate when I see someone who knows the value of the treatment of their customers properly. kudos an trevor!

The staff were very inviting and friendly. I had their pulled chicken BBQ along with Mac and cheese, cold slaw and fries. The Texas bbq sauce with chicken was insanely good, I really enjoyed the combination. The side dishes were nice but I wish they also included a main dish for vegetarian eaters. The ambience was good and the place is filled with photos of veterans and memorabilia. I'll recommend this place and will visit again.
