Waygu bombs were good if you like fried foods, sauce was a bit overpowering for my liking where the waygu almost couldn't be tasted. Tried the pear sangria and it was good! Worth a try, tons of options!
I've wanted to try this restaurant for a long time. We went on Saturday afternoon. The restaurant was not crowded and we were seated right away. For the starters we ordered Tuna Poke, Pretzel Crab Bread and Cheese Curds. Tuna Poke was refreshing with all the veggies in it. The cheese curds were also very delicious. I only wouldn't order Pretzel Crab again since the Pretzel was old and almost hard to chew. For the main course we ordered New York Strip and Cajun Pesto Mac. I must say this restaurant beats most of the steak restaurants out there! ???? My steak was perfectly cooked to my taste, and I enjoyed it so much. Next time I will order sweet chili Brussel sprouts as an exta side dish since I couldn't have enough of it. The Cajun Pesto Mac wasn't that good though, I can't say it was bad but I believe it would be served better as a side dish instead of a main course. Our server Alexie was very attentive and sweet. The ambiance of the restaurant was casual and clean. It would be a good option for a date night also.
I called with my request, and Amy, the General Manager, promptly returned my call and confirmed they could host our event. She crafted a thoughtful, limited menu based on their kitchen inventory, which offered a fantastic selection of dishes. Upon arriving, we were greeted with beautifully printed menus featuring our company’s name—a truly impressive and classy touch! The food was perfectly prepared and absolutely delicious. The waitstaff was both professional and friendly. I want to extend a special thanks for helping me impress my senior management. I will definitely be returning with my family. You really can’t go wrong with this place!
The two hostesses were incredibly friendly and helpful when I arrived. One is from Chop'd while the other is from Khaos Brewcade, both of which are connected. That’s pretty neat! I can imagine this place is lively on the weekends. I only tried one dish—the bone-in pork chop—and it was fantastic! It comes with mashed sweet potatoes and garlic green beans drizzled in a bourbon honey sauce, accompanied by grilled peaches. I love sweet flavors, so the combination with the pork chop was perfect. I would definitely return just for the pork chop! Just a note: reservations on weekends are required for groups of six or more.
We held our company Christmas party at Chop'd this evening, and I was in charge of organizing the entire event. The Farm Room was absolutely perfect for our gathering. We added a few festive centerpieces that really enhanced the space. I collaborated with Christine, the event coordinator, who was incredibly helpful in ensuring we had all the necessary information and that everything met our expectations. Our servers for the evening were Tyler and Tina, and they were exceptional. They efficiently set the tables, served food and drinks, and were always attentive to our needs without being intrusive. They, along with Christine and Ryan, frequently checked in to make sure everything was going smoothly. Overall, everyone had a wonderful time. Thank you!
