Red Robin Gourmet Burgers And Brews

I haven't been eating from red Robbins for years, I was just passing by and decided to try since I remember they had good burgers. Well on the burger side looks like nothing has changed. We ordered 3 different burgers and they were all delicious. Wehad Whiskey River BBQ, Burning Love and Scorpion Gourmet Burger. I must say Scorpion one was the best in flavors!!! Burning loveis the one I had, it wasn't bad but again after tasting the Scorpion Gourmet I would definitely go with that. I am holding onestar because of the appetizers we ordered. The pretzels and the fried pickle was completely swimming in the oil. Our server wasvery attentive and helpful. Prices are fair.

Please ask for Jerrick. He is the best server we ever had! He has 8+ years experience and is a natural comedian to boot! My son and I were with my little sis. She had treated us to lunch and I hadn't been to Red Robin in over 13 years! Mrs Ann was nicetoo. She wanted to ensure that our overall experience including the food was well taken care of. They were a little slow on thebottomless fries but other than that, everything was phenomenal! I had to find a picture of my scorpion Burger online because Idevoured it before I even took a picture but it was so delicious! The purple pear lemonade was delicious as well. You can tastethe pear a little bit but when you get the drink, it doesn't look like what it taste like. The flavor wasn't bad at all! I hadoverall good time! Can't wait to go back and hopefully we get Jerrick again. I truly hope I spelled his name right! REEEDDDROBIIIN.... YUUUM????!

The manager and waitress was attentive and did a good job. The food was average. This location was filthy. Fingerprints on all surfaces, dirty tables, the floors looked like they had not been thoroughly cleaned in months, the place smelled like old fryoil. I really like Red Robin concept and menu but please get this place professionally deep cleaned and keep it clean daily.

We celebrated the baby's birthday here and the staff was great. Management was hands on to help with staffing, way to go????. The food was good and the birthday boy was funny and heartwarming ????????.

The menu pretty much only has burger options. I ordered a chicken breast platter and the chef under cooked it, leaving pink in the middle. My server showed great empathy, removed the chicken platter from my receipt, and had another one cooked for me. Iwould have given a 1 star rating, but my server was truly amazing through out the entire experience, even before the rawchicken, so I had to add a star out of appreciation for her. She saved the entire dinner for me with her amazing personality!
