With my beverage, I can customize the ice amount, sugar level as well as the preferred non-dairy beverage. They offer almond and soy and as per the manager, he stated they will be offering oat milk soon. During these cold days, they also offer hot beverages.They do not offer as many promotions as other boba shops and their reward system is you earn 1 point for every $1 you spend at Gong Cha. Their Rewards Program powered by the FiveStar program which now tells me in advance many points I have left in order to earn my next free drink or if I achieved my free beverage, it shows.The staff members are friendly and very efficient. You can do contactless payment and the staff are all wearing masks.

I’m not sure how many calories are in a milk coffee with 30 sugars and boba, but it’s one of the best coffees I've ever had—so delicious! I always feel so cold in the summer and hot in the winter, though.

The caramel militia was quite enjoyable. It's a pleasure to have a flavored milk drink that's seasoned just right. Delicious! I also appreciate that it's served as tea, which makes it suitable for adults to enjoy, while regular flavored milk tends to be primarily consumed by children or those with unusual tastes.

Every time we order, we're always satisfied. Their quality is consistently good, and we love our go-to drinks like the Aromen Taro, Brown Sugar, and Traditional Milk Tea. We like to add pearls, grass jelly, and custard to them. The Cookies and Cream option is also really delicious. I can't get enough of the boba from Gong Cha!

After we picked up some food, we decided to stop and get a drink. it was fantastic. I have a mile and my wife ordered a mango-founded. she said it was the best cup she ever had. we will definitely stop more often when we visit the Asian market.
