Francesco's Pizzeria - Plainview

The food is fantastic however the front counter service has been really bad lately. Last time I called, I got hung up on accidentally twice. Then when I went to pick up my food, I had to wait an extra 10 minutes for half my order despite it being literally right on the counter... why? Because the front counter was dealing with two messed up orders instead of finishing mine. The women up front were rudely yelling at the cook staff in broken Spanish. There was a long line of folks waiting. ?‍

Called at 4:00pm...was told that order will be at house at 4:45....it's now 5:12 and I called Francesco to ask about my order, they tell me the pie is just coming out of the over...really, like Really

The pizza is truly delicious as is the food. And they couldn't be nicer or more accommodating. They made a half portion of penne a la vodka for my granddaughter without a fuss! They are a wonderful local business!

Pizza came an hour and a half after orderingThe pizza came cut with slices not even close to the same sizePizzas were burntAnd the worst part is they charged me for wings but gave me garlic knots and refused to send them to me unless I paid againI make multiple orders per monthTHEY'VE LOST ME AS A CUSTOMER FOR LIFE!!!!!

First timers there because we had coupon and you can 't beat two pies and a dozen garlic knots for $32. The sauce ?! Their sauce is outstanding and every spice comes through. My wife did pick up and she said the staff was kind of stand-off-ish and did not make her feel welcome. Would definitely try again.
