I'm glad I wasn't hungry at work today, because I don't think a moldy sandwich would have been very appetizing. I even have pictures to prove it. Absolutely disgusting!

Poor customer service. Their employee Barb, was extremely disrespectful to me. All I was trying to do was find out the status of my refund and suggest some improvements within their system of handling refunds. She then raised her voice and told me that this is their policy and if I have an issue with it I can speak to her manager. When I asked to speak with the manager she hung up on me mid sentence. As someone who personally works in customer service, this is absolutely disgusting behavior. If you are unhappy with your job, you should quit.
