Chipotle Mexican Grill

This restaurant really needs some training. They forgot four items from my order, and I had to wait 15 minutes in the pick-up line, even though I was only three minutes late. The chips were also soggy and far from crunchy. I absolutely love Chipotle, but I won’t be returning to this location.

The decor is lovely, and the staff are friendly—plus, there's a chipotlane, which is great! The only reason for my lower rating is that they ran out of certain items and didn’t restock them during the last hours of operation. However, the staff was pleasant, so I’m still eager to give them another try.

My husband picked up Chipotle for dinner, and while I was eating, I discovered a piece of plastic in my food. I tried to contact Chipotle, but I couldn't speak to anyone directly. Instead, I had to address my concern through a live chat feature that used pre-written responses. It was a frustrating experience!
