Venetian Hot Plate - Port Aransas

During my visit to Venetian with friends this winter, I was delighted to try the Chef's Choice Vegan Plate. In a town where many restaurants don't understand what vegan means, I was impressed by Venetian's clear knowledge of vegan and vegetarian options. Our server, Paul, was attentive and brought us tasty ciabatta bread with oil, along with a fresh house salad with multiple dressing choices. The vegan plate was satisfying and delicious, featuring roasted vegetables on citrusy bruschetta-infused farro. My vegetarian boyfriend also had plenty of menu options to choose from. The dim, romantic atmosphere made for a lovely dining experience, where customizing your meal with sides and additions was made easy.

I was thrilled to order the Chef’s choice vegan plate in venetian when I visited with friends this winter. most places in this city do not know what vegan even means, but venetian had an option listed on their menu and their personal was clear about vegan / vegetarian and what everyone brought with them. our server paul was excellent and very attentive; he brought us ciabatta brot and an oil plate, and the house salad was very fresh and tasty with several dressing options. the vegan plate itself was very fillable and incredibly good! there was a sortiment of roasted vegetables cooked on a color with a kind of zitrusbruschetta. my vegetarian friend had a lot of options to choose also on the menu. it was a beautiful dimming, romantic environment and very easy to adapt their meal with sides and supplements.

My vegetarian friend had a lot of options to choose also on the menu. It was a beautiful dimme, romantic environment and very easy to adjust your meal with sides and supplements.

This restaurant was absolutely fantastic. We ordered crostini, Caesar salad, filet mignon, and my companion had the pork chop. The filet mignon was the most tender steak I have ever had. Our server Paul was extremely attentive. I wish I could share pictures to show how delicious everything was. I highly recommend this place.

I always have an fantastic experience at this restaurant! Every meal I've tried has surpassed my expectations. I make the trip from Houston to Port Aransas every year on my birthday just so I can dine at The Venetian Hot Plate. It's a hidden gem that I'm so glad I discovered!
