The other a brake issue, Need the master cylinder rebuilt i believe. And an oil light issue. We had an appointment to bring the bikes in on a Saturday and was told it would be looked at on monday due to it being a weekend. Never received a call on monday, so on Wednesday i called and was told they couldnt look at them for a couple more days. They had the bikes three weeks. Was told it was a part shipping issue so they are going with another company. Was told the valve cover was leaking so had it fixed. Picked up the one bike and they never even fixed the neutral light. So we left the bike and had it fixed by the end of the day. Took the bike home and the tail light was flickering and acting funny when putting on turn signals. It then stopped working except the brake light and turn signals. It was an obvious wire issue. It worked fine before the neutral light wiring was fixed. Was told it was coincidence that it stopped working and the motherboard on the tailight was shot and the wires were loose so i needed to buy a new tail light. I did have the other wiring fixed for the kickstand sensor issue however it took two weeks to even get the parts for that. Aparently the new shipper isnt any better. Miraculously after the other wiring was fixed the tail light now works perfectly fine. So it obviously wasnt an issue with the tail light. The other bike took another few days past the first to get due to being shipped the wrong part. They stated the oil light was not really an issue and the bile was getting plenty of oil pressure in the top end so that wasnt fixed.I will say Jerry did take off some labor time for the inconvenience of the first bike but did nothing for the second. (One bike my gfs the other her sons) paid separately. and had the other wiring repair done the same day as bringing it in however, i feel the tail light thing wasa bit shady. The service tech was very knowledgeable and polite and Jerry did try to take some responsibility for the timeframe. Which is why im giving 3 stars not 1. All in all i feel the service was sub par. The communication was horrible but the actual work done was good. I will not do business with Venom in the future.Services: Brake service repair
Dealt with them for many years.. one of the few shops that stood the test of time
Venom did a cam job and exhaust work. Made my 05 Heritage a beast.. Highly recommended.
Took awhile longer than I expected. Some bolts kinda roughed up some scratches on fender. Had some other things I wanted done but didn't do. It was pretty expensive I think I brought in the parts made it pretty simple . Seemed like they really didn't care if I was there or not. To busy it seemed. No wouldn't go back.Services: Brake service repair
I took my scooter and to have it checked out. They told me had a bad oil leak a knock in the motor and the variator was stuck, I took the handle of a screwdriver and tapped it and pulled it right off. They told me I need a new motor for $660, I took it home and replaced everything in the motor for $150. Went to go start it and realize the battery was dead opened up the compartment and realized they switch the batteries on me they gave me a dead cell battery back. What they did to it probably took them 10 minutes and charged me $95. They are not trustworthy
