Smashburger - Port Washington

I recommend any burger plus avocado. For some reason I prefer this burger compared to shake shack even though shake shack is more popular. I also like their tater tots better than their fries. Milk shakes are hood but not Hagan Daz good, this is aburger place after all

SmashColon This place is the greasiest meal I?ve ever had. I usually have to travel to a country with sketchy water to use the toilet this often. The tots were soaking in oil 1/2 inch up the cup. Regular Chicken tendies were the only edible thing.Scorching tenders were also sitting in some oily spice mixture that is still actively sloshing around some dumpster. I had agrilled chicken sandwich and I find it hard to believe it was real chicken from the texture. It was also drowning in whateversauce soaked through the bun, wrapping, bag, napkins, hopes, dreams and table How long do you 5star reviewers wait for yourstomachs to heal before punishing yourself again?

THEY ARE NOT FRIENDLY AT ALL!! A young lady, Valeria if I?m not wrong, gives us quite an attitude every time we order. When she came over to hand us the food, she basically threw it on our table and my the bread fell out of the burger and didn?t even saidsorry or apologize, you should be better to customer service. Although the food was good.

Not all smash burgers are created equal but when the staff and cook are onpoint its a great experience! they just need to be mindful of their salt usage and also have other bacon options but everyone eat pork! if you have vegan burgers black beanburgers you can give us turkey bacon or beef bacon option.

The delivery was fine except I thought the $7 delivery fee went to the driver so I added $1. I found out otherwise so why would they charge $7 for a delivery. So the poor driver only recieved $1 They're very close to me so why $7 . Unethical. The food wasall salt and when I say that I mean all salt. All I tasted was salt.Do not eat here. Find another burger place. I considermyself honest....again, the burger AND the salad...pure salt.
