They give free food for those who may not have a Christmas dinner, and I have prayed for many years about this place and asked God to get them a third place in the area of Clovis and Portales New Mexico. You know, God knows how to make some good enchiladas especially if her chicken I like chicken enchiladas but double beans and no rice. Because I'm not a rice eater. El Rancho Restaurant is an excellent local, casual Latin/Mexican eatery with a good selection of food items on the menu including salads, burgers, authentic enchiladas, tacos, burritos, house specials and more. They also have daily lunch and dinner specials. The wait staff are friendly and attentive. I must admit, I do not eat a lot of spicy food so the salsa they served was a bit too much for me...but it will be perfect for those who enjoy spicy food. Again, the authentic quality of the food is excellent. I would recommend El Rancho Restaurant to anyone looking for a good, casual family friendly Mexican restaurant.
