Wasn't expecting an ice cream place around here, but it was very good

Just FYI, they call it shave ice, but it's definitely a snowcone consistency. Still tasty, but if you're craving Hawaiian style you'll need to go somewhere else.

A cold spot on a hot day in the middle of nowhere. What a great spot you guys must make a killing in the summer. The shave ice is great but go for the Yeti. Must have this unique summer twist. Thanks for a great summer stop on a nice day trip in PA.

I roadside stand is cool. Having it in a style reminiscent of a time of more simple pleasures... I'm sure it's a local iconic hangout. Unfortunately, my experience wasn't over the top. The staff was super friendly and helpful in any way they could be. The snowcone on the other hand was straight up disappointing. However, all that being said, perhaps the proceeds go to a local charity, in which case I commend them. There was virtually zero flavor in the snowcone. Just seemed completely unchanged by the squirts of flavor.... only tasted like ice. I don't like being critical of small businesses like this. There are so many scenarios a person leaving the review doesn't know about. It's easy to write hate, and I'm trying not to do that here... Only explaining my experience that 1 (one) time I've patronized them.

Always a stop when we go to Moraine or Mcconells Mills. The kids love the shaved ice and visiting the horses.
