Peachwave Self Serve Frozen Yogurt Prosper

Not only does Peachwave have a great variety of flavors (love their coconut frozen yogurt! and toppings, they are great to work with! We hosted an event at their location and Stormy was so wonderful to work with.

The yogurt here is great, but the interior seating area could use some serious attention. I get that they serve messy foods, but it was clear that the place hadn't been cleaned in quite some time. The photos were taken of the couch in the corner near the front door, which looked like its slipcover had been dragged through the parking lot. Every table base had a sticky residue, and the windowsill was coated with about half an inch of dust and dead bugs.

As many others here have rightly mentioned, the yogurt is good?I mean?have you ever been to one of these where the yogurt isn?t good?but the place is dirty, the furniture is dirty and worn out, and the ownership/employees are not taking care of the place. If the accommodations are so filthy, makes you wonder what is going on in the kitchen and how often the yogurt machines are cleaned??! We have been several times and it is getting worse and worse. The young lady behind the counter was basically on her phone sitting down the whole time. Remember the old saying, ?If you have time to lean you have time to clean??? I think me and my family will give this place some time to clean before we come back?if we come back at all. You can do better Peach Wave. Tisk, Tisk!

While waiting for my kids to finish their yogurt, I'm feeling quite appalled by the state of this place. It seems like it used to be cleaner, but now it’s just filthy. There’s one employee refilling supplies behind the counter, another casually chatting with a guy, and a long-haired kid who hasn’t stopped staring at his phone, only looking up to ring up customers. He’s had his headphones in the whole time. The floor is gross, and even with only about eight people here, it’s hard to find a clean table because they’re all covered in leftover yogurt and toppings from previous guests. During our 45-minute stay, no one appeared to clean up anything. I really hope we come back one day and see improvements. I appreciate that high schoolers need jobs, but there should still be basic standards for employees. Good luck, but we're done here for now. On a side note, it's not a one-star review because the yogurt is good, although it does make you question the cleanliness of the toppings.

Great frozen yogurt place! My kids absolutely love it. However, the machines don't always function properly, and on several occasions, we've found that many of the toppings are out of stock. Still, you can't beat the $3 Thursdays!
