Smoothie King - Prosper

Given this experience, I have no intention of returning to this restaurant.

On my most recent visit, I was served a smoothie that I initially found unappealing, but it turned out to be precisely what I had ordered. Fortunately, the staff promptly remade it without any hesitation, using higher-quality ingredients, and this time it was absolutely fantastic.

I visited this restaurant today and greeted the staff with a friendly hello. Unfortunately, they simply looked at me and rolled their eyes, which was not what I expected from their customer service. It's disappointing because I used to really enjoy coming here.

Service is good and not much wait time. It's refreshing but taste is ok not exceptional.

I walked in and there was about 5 or 6 teenagers behind the counter and I was the only customer. They completely ignored me. After standing there for almost 5 minutes at the register, I had to actually ask hello can I order? . Then one of the teenagers finally steps up to the register and says yes .... Only for her to immediately turn around and talk to the other workers about a football game. None of them acknowledged me. I again asked well are you going to take my order or not? Like I 've never walked into a store and been completely ignored and thought I was just better off walking out. But I walked in carrying my 2 year old looking to get a smoothie for her. Like whatever manager on duty this afternoon/evening was not doing their job. The workers did not want to be there and I will find somewhere else to get smoothies because my money clearly was not good enough here.
