Have you ever eaten so well that it was drinking to your eyes? I also, until I stopped at lunch. I went in for a samdwich, but I decided for the falafel. it was soou good I wept happy drinking the very nice gentlman who works behind the theke, told me he makes the best falafel and he was not sweating! I'll be back for more! thanks hopscotch bakery for my day!

I love this place. I’m always tasked with bringing the pies for Thanksgiving and Christmas family get togethers. I’ve tried every place in town but this place totally rocks! The selection is great. Everything is always super fresh. The pie crust is amazing according to the “pie experts” in my family. The service is OUTSTANDING. I’m getting ready to place my order now. I’ll post photos soon!

Eat! The vanilla bean cheesecake was the best I ever tasted. But what really meant to me was the carrot cake. It's my favorite cake from a mile, but I didn't have it in 20 years because every single other kind of pineapple in her carrot cake. Hopscotch Bakery does not use pineapples in their recipe! An absolute can in Pueblo!

Whenever I come down to this area I am always looking for something sweat and delicious from one of the local bakeries. I happened to come across this place and I was happy I did. My daughter got the macarons and I got a lemon cookie and a peppermint chocolate cake. My daughter said the macarons were delicious and my cookie and cake were good. The lemon cookie was not particularly lemony or sweet but had a sugary topping that helped out with the flavor. The peppermint cake had just the right amount of peppermint but the chocolate part seemed a little dry but not enough to ruin the chocolatey goodness. They also make homemade bread which looked delicious. All in all the place holds a certain charm and everyone was nice and pleasant and very helpful behind the counter. I would be back to try there other treats and do recommend this place to anyone having a sugar craving
