Hopscotch Bakery - Pueblo

Charming little shop with incredibly friendly and helpful staff. I had difficulty deciding as I browsed through all the delicious treats, but the staff were more than willing to offer suggestions and answer my questions. I ended up getting an apricot scone, lemon lip smackers, and a caramel and coconut treat that I can't quite remember the name of (but trust me, it was fantastic). Everything was absolutely delicious, and I can't wait to return!

Friendly customer service, lots of yummy shortbread flavors I tried the lavender shortbread and it was amazing). I didn't get to try any of their sandwiches or salads but the ingredients look fresh.
