I have been coming to this restaurant every Sunday since I was 16 years old for breakfast. I adore everything on their menu! The cheese dosa is a must-have dish, and the fresh pineapple juice is also delicious.
I have dined at this restaurant several times over many years. It is a typical high-quality vegetarian restaurant that offers a variety of dishes including South and North Indian, Chinese, and chaat items. The food itself is tasty with no complaints, and the standards have remained consistent over the years. However, the service has declined recently. Although it is fairly quick, the quality has decreased. There is an outdoor non-air-conditioned section and an air-conditioned area with higher prices, which is worth it during the hot summer months. Don't expect the servers to be knowledgeable about vegan items, but it is easy to find vegan options if you are familiar with Indian cuisine. Vegan dishes are not labeled on the menu.
Ramkrishna is yet another generic South Indian restaurant where people now go for Chinese and North Indian cuisine. Avoid both like a plague. Chinese is your typical Indianized greasy fare laden with MSG. South Indian dishes are predictable and uninspiring. Has a separate A/C section with slightly higher prices. It is a humongous place with a humongous menu!
The restaurant specializes in South Indian cuisine without a doubt. If you go to a South Indian restaurant and order Chinese food, it is at your own risk. However, here the quantity and quality of the food is good and it tastes great.
