Meshigare: 'bon appétit' Gong has recently introduced a new and creative menu, the global flavors amalgamates and presents not only fresh flavors, but also some of the best fusion food you can ask. Once you enter the premises, I'm sure you're awestruck. Just look and you will get the feeling that you are in an amazingly innovative SciFi movie. The neatly constructed geometric figures inspired by the Japanese infrastructure and the dim yellow lights made me magical. Let us dig into the fullness of textures and aromas that I have experienced during my culinary experience. I chose Jade Spring, which is a refreshing combination of mint leaves, lime, ice and bubbles. I think this classic fusion of flavors cannot go wrong and it has actually rejuvenated me. Cream Cheese Avocado Sushi This is the favorite choice of the chef of vegetarian sushi and it was just wonderful and also became one of my favorites. The short grain rice, ideal for sushi, was dense and sticky filled with crispy avocados, cucumbers and tasteful cream cheese sauce. Blue Rice Salmon Surprise Roll Blue Rice has become viral these days. That was the first time I tried. Blue Rice, commonly known as Nasi Kerabu, is made with butterfly pea flower in Thailand. A beautiful crunch was maintained and the salmon remained firm with a light sweet taste of mango. Dimsums Smoked Water Chestnut Tortellini; Chicken and Shrimp Tortellini. Both of these dimsums were perfectly made with thin translucent leaves with fresh aromas filled in. They were immersed in a stunning creamy sauce. An amazing idea to put green olive ring for the vegetarian variant and black for the non vegetarian variant was innovative. Butter garlic fish Bao This handheld mortar literally stole my heart. The fish was deep-fried and stuffed in amazing butter garlic sauce and filled in this soft steamed bungalow together with smoked mayonnaise and pickled Chinese cabbage. The cabbage and the fish gave a beautiful crunch while the cured Mayo gave a beautiful taste of mild heat. Korean Vegetable Pizza This was a thin crust pizza with Gochujang paste, which is an extremely popular red chili paste in Korea that had spicy, sweet and hearty aromas. It was covered with olives, broccoli, jalapeno, tomatoes and mushrooms. I really loved this pizza. Fried chickens Shell Tacos They are inauthentic or I would call it fusion food. But, seriously, how can you go wrong with fried chicken strips filled in soft bowls Tacos and covered with cheese sauce. Wagarashi Prawns These shrimps are a highlight of this meal. Prawns that are crispy and sown Jn to mustard powder, Wasabi emulsion and Mozzarella cheese. The crisp coating with these flavors was a hit for me! Chicken Burmese Curry with Jasmine Rice I was already filled with all these wonderful appetizers, but was still excited to have this smooth coconut milk base curry with hot steamed rice. It was a perfect head to go with this meal. Chocolate Dome I think this was largely a popular dessert to decide on Gong. A dome like chocolate structure with few caramelized popcorns on the side. Warm chocolate sauce is poured over the dome to reveal crispy honey noodles and brownies chicks. Gochisousama Thanks for everything I have to say more than I already said it was indeed an unforgettable festival.
