Giorgio's Greek Cafe - Puyallup

I only visit this place for their gyros. The food overall is good, and the staff are fantastic. However, I've noticed that the quality of the gyros has been steadily declining. The last one I had was nearly inedible—completely lacking in seasoning and flavor. The meat looked like it had been chopped up from a loaf of gyro meat. It takes a lot for me to write a review, but I felt compelled to share my experience. Please reconsider your gyro.

For lunch, we opted for the lunch special, which had around ten different choices. Although we wanted to sample a variety of dishes, we both ended up getting a drink and a side. We chose the gyro, which was excellent. The portion size was generous, and it came with a drink and a side as well: a mountain of fries for one of us, and I enjoyed a hearty bowl of clam chowder that was quite tasty (though a bit thinner than I prefer) and packed with clams! Overall, I really enjoy a good Greek meal, and this was a GREAT Greek meal. I would definitely plan another visit if the chance arises!

Typically, the food is great, but during our last visit, the falafel we ordered was undercooked and led to severe stomach pain. The outside was burned, while the inside was raw, and I only realized it after eating a few. Unfortunately, my wife experienced the same issue the following day.

We absolutely love Giorgio’s! Our favorite dish is the Tour of Greece (I think) where we get a sample of most of their main dishes. The variety is awesome and all are totally delicious. My favorite is their lasagna. The atmosphere is great, kinda low-lit and romantic but always friendly for children too. Outside seating is great too. I feel like the employees are our friends. Overall just a great place. I highly recommend going!
