Red Robin Gourmet Burgers And Brews

The workers are always very friendly here, which is this location's redeeming factor. My family really enjoys Red Robin, but the last few years we've had lousy experiences here. We've tried carry out a few times, and each of those times we've had some hotfood, and the rest of our meals were completely cold and we had to reheat it. The times we've dined in, the service is extremelyslow and often food and condiments are forgotten. I'd recommend driving further up South Hill to the Red Robin up there, whereservice is more consistent.

Servers were very friendly and helpful. Burger was good. Fries were old. Garlic fries are different from before. Forgot to bring out our queso dip and when we got it it was ice cold. Soda was flat. They should lock the tablets to where you won't be chargedfor your kid playing games on it unless you put a code in. After getting home my husband threw up.

I visited this Red Robin location on my graduation day and had a fantastic experience. The waiter was very friendly and congratulated us, making for a pleasant conversation. As always, the food was delicious—I can never get tired of Red Robin!

The restaurant wasn't very busy, but the service was still a bit slow given the number of guests. However, the staff were fantastic, going above and beyond and being very friendly. The restrooms were clean and accessible, though some areas could have been improved, as one stall had run out of toilet paper. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

This is our go-to place when we're in the mood for a great burger at a sit-down restaurant. They offer a wide variety of options (though I always opt for the spiciest one), and every choice has been fantastic. When it comes to the fries and the Campfire sauce, you really can’t beat them. The fries are consistently hot and fresh, and the Campfire sauce is a must-try—it’s one of the best fries sauces around!
