I ordered an Italian sub and it was the worst sub I have ever seen. The bread was stale, and the filling was thinly spread. I also ordered garlic bread sticks, but they had no garlic flavor at all, just fried bread sticks. It was disappointing that they would sell garlic sticks instead of garlic knots, which are more authentic to New York style pizzerias. I would give this place zero stars if I could. They did not fulfill my food preferences and even forgot my drink.
Bad customer service consistent with the preparation of incorrect submissions answering them to the owner: incorrect - I was never offered to pay for additional toppings. I asked and asked to call slice directly. Once I spoke to them, they never realized that my online order was wrong. they just said. to handle it in the restaurant. I got the voicemail. I didn't recognize. I didn't go back and forth over a pizza! it's just the customer service. the young lady who has other bad critikens is rude and disrespectful. no one from their restaurant tried to correct the mistake. they have pointed me to slice slice slice that I have all returned. my email correspondence with slice has specified my correct order. so if I decide to return. I'll order face to face. but I doubt I will. that is my third negative interaction with her personal. I can apply other restaurants in the opposite without the hassle. good day!
That is the worst food I had in a dae! ordered aubergine palm, steak and cheese sandwiches and chicken strips some fries. the pommes were the only thing that was edible. if they cannot serve at least half the right eggplant parm sandwiches, they do not interfere. would we have probably just gone to the frozen food department at food lion and made ourselves?
During my visit to the restaurant, I decided to try the wings but ended up spotting the tantalizing Italian sandwich and various types of pizza slices. Each time I visit this place, I can't help but be drawn to their delicious pizzas.
Based on a friend's recommendation from Philly, I decided to try this restaurant that she said was the closest to what she remembered. My sister and I ordered the stromboli and cheesesteak, both of which were tasty and fresh. The stromboli had a fantastic bake on the bread. Although I've had better versions of these dishes, I still enjoyed them here. The restaurant has a small, cozy atmosphere reminiscent of a New York eatery. It could have been cleaner, but sometimes that can be a sign of authentic and delicious food. Overall, I would definitely consider coming back.
