Sonic Drive-in - Rapid City

Our server was friendly, even though we were ordering late at night just before closing time. The food was prepared quickly and served to us without any mistakes. It was satisfying and reasonably priced for what we ordered. Additionally, the restaurant was within walking distance of our hotel. I recommend this spot for a nice meal.

I don't visit this restaurant often because of my diet, but it was really hot today, and I wanted something refreshing. I placed my order online and stopped by to pick it up. The wait was minimal, my order was ready and delicious, and the young man who assisted me was fantastic! I didn't get his name, but he had red curly hair and was very friendly. Five stars!!!

It was our first time at Sonic, and we loved it! The prices were very reasonable, and the service was exceptional. We will definitely be back the next time we're in town!

Today, we visited Sonic, and their ordering system was partially down. A car hop came to take our order directly at our car. After a bit of waiting, the car hop checked on us and noticed we hadn't received our food. She went to find out what was going on and discovered that their system was completely down. Despite the wait, they still prepared our food — and it was complimentary! The service was exceptional and they handled a challenging situation very well, with all the staff being polite and friendly. Other places might have just turned us away empty-handed.

The ice cream shakes were exactly what I had requested. They arrived promptly, and the staff even apologized for the wait time. I was quite impressed.
