Arby's - Reading

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. My order of chicken pliers was never taken back, and instead, they made me a new dish without offering a refund. Additionally, my nephew found some mold on the bratwurst sandwiches he ordered. They refuse to issue any refunds. I won't be eating there again. Rating: 1/5.

I ordered the smoked brisket and watched as the staff heated the meat and cheese, possibly using a microwave or steamer. Unfortunately, the meat turned out to be tough and chewy, so I ended up throwing it away. I really have no intention of going back to Arby's, and this experience will definitely keep me from returning in the future.

The person who took our order was very kind! I’m not sure if she was the manager, but she was great. The food was delicious, earning a 5/5 rating. However, the overall attitude of the staff was disappointing.

Crinkle cut fries were too salty! Way too salty we couldn't finish eating them.Food: 3/5
