Pho House - Redmond

I ordered the regular size, which turned out to be quite substantial with lots of veggies and noodles, although there was slightly less broth. Next time, I'll ask for the noodles on the side so I can add them to the broth as I go. The service was excellent and I particularly enjoyed the cozy booths in the back of the restaurant. The chili oil served had only 5 ingredients, the waiter even showed me the bottle to assure me there was no fish sauce. Overall, a wonderful experience enjoying Pho in Redmond. They also offer other Tofu dishes, although I didn't have a chance to try them as I was only in town for a day.

My husband (a non-vegan) and I stopped by for lunch with our baby. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating towards our little one. The menu had clear labels and offered several vegan options. I ordered the veggie pho, which was the perfect portion size for a satisfying lunch. My husband really enjoyed the crispy egg rolls. Our baby liked the vegetables and tofu from my pho dish.
