Excellent service! amazing eating prepared as desired!

I just want to thank the gm, darcee, that I came to me tonight. we were there recently and did not have the best experience and it is our favorite place to go. she was so friendly and understanding and we had a 25-minute telephone conversation that led to laughing and some resurrection. many thanks again darcee that they have taken the time to become a new friend!

Server are so nice. they recommended very ingenious eating. space is great. price is appropriate.

We got a keg gift card to go to dinner. was not in a keg and was looking forward to a good steak. we had the Calamari Appetizer and it was pretty good. the brot also served well. I ordered the pfefferkornsteak that I felt quite hard and tasteless. my wife ordered the steak fries that was a better steak for half the price. we shared a cream bubble for dessert that was good. I ordered a hot butter to drink around and it took 25 minutes before it arrived. the waiter noticed that the bartender was secured, something he might have mentioned when I ordered it. I was also disappointed that the waiter did not ask what I wanted on my baked kartoffel and it came with butter, acidic cream and bacon bits. I don't like or want any speck bits and I shouldn't think I'm not. the decor is good, although the high ceilings make it something noisy that it should be. I would also like to mention that we first sit next to a window on a table that had a very cold draft and we had to ask ourselves to be moved. something I can't believe we were the first to mention when it was so cold.

Bad service, 3 other tables sat down after us and were served before us, we waited over 1-1/2hr. We still didn’t get our order. We had walked out. Also, we are from out of town. We were out to celebrate a special occasion. We won’t be coming back, it’s unfortunate.
