Einstein Bros. Bagels - Richmond

Disappointing. I used to love this place. Now they are always out of bagels hours before closing. If you ask to have your bagel toasted they stick in in for 5 seconds and the bagel isn’t toasted and you get it cold. I stopped coming every weekend because I’d always get a cold bagel. I’ve gone back every now and again hoping things would have improved but it just keeps getting worse and worse. I wish I took a picture but they had 15 bagels max, the majority ancient grain and French toast with a few plains. After coming regularly for 8 years I have officially put Einsteins on my never again list.

This shop is filthy! The staff are friendly, but slow and sullen. The place is in dire need of renovation. In the meantime, it needs some serious deep cleaning!

I love Einstein Bros. Bagels breakfast sandwiches! I tend to get the bacon, egg, and cheddar on an Asiago bagel breakfast sandwich. It's so tasty!

They packed my bag with the juice sideways so when I went to pick it up, it broke and the juice went all over the floor. No one apologized for their mishap. There needs to be a new way of presenting their items.

Excellent lox amd bagel, great taste and portion of lox
