KFC/ Taco Bell - Richmond

I went through the drive-thru to order my meal and swapped out the fries for macaroni and cheese, since I already had fries. The macaroni and cheese turned out to be quite good. However, the chicken sandwich wasn't quite what I expected. I thought it would be a typical chicken sandwich with a spicy sauce, as I had seen in the commercials. The chicken itself was decent, but it didn't blow me away. Overall, it was enjoyable, and I might consider eating it again.

Terrible experience. We went through the drive-thru and had to wait 10 minutes at the window before anyone acknowledged us, even though we were the only customers there. The staff was quite rude and they even forgot my drink. The food was not fresh, and the interior of the restaurant appeared very unsanitary.

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The staff were extremely unfriendly, and there was a complete lack of customer service. When I walked in, no one even acknowledged my presence. Despite greeting them multiple times, I received no response and no one made an effort to take my order. Very frustrating!

I would strongly recommend steering clear of this place. The staff is unfriendly and seems disengaged from their work. The food is quite poor, and definitely not worth the time or money you would spend. I’m not sure why this restaurant is still in business.

I wouldn't give this restaurant any stars if I could. The staff was incredibly rude, and I feel sorry for their employees. I’m so upset that I can hardly express my disappointment and frustration.
