Food was delicious . 3 stars as size was very small as compared to other restaurants of same calibre

Ordered a light drink from the bar, tasted watered down and flat immediately. Entree was bland and undercooked which affected the taste. Waitress didn’t even attempt to upsell or exchange the entree for another item. Wait staff is suppose to ensure guests are satisfied and promote food items on the menu…she just cleared the table and shoved the check in my face. Nice touch. Third time visiting this place and I tried to like it….I really did. It is not a good restaurant, the quality is extremely lacking. There are better restaurants that serve seafood and have more refined staffing around Richmond.
