Wendy's - Richmond

I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich, but I received a Dave's single instead. The Frosty was almost completely melted, and the cookies were smaller than usual.

Two items were exchanged for something different. I was not told nor asked.

Wendy's is always a great spot for a tasty burger. I really like the square patties they offer. The chili with cheese and onions as a topping is something I love as well. I haven't had their baked potatoes in a while, but I plan to try them next time since I think it's a unique option for fast food. Their fresh-made lemonade is also excellent, especially the strawberry flavor!

My last order seemed to have been affected by a glitch in the DoorDash app, which led to the blue cheese crumbles ruining the burger. However, this time my Dave's Double was spot on and delicious. Wendy's has always been a reliable choice for me, and it has been for decades.

I give this restaurant 4 stars primarily because of Isaiah, the young light-skinned man who was handling the driveway tonight. He was patient and attentive, and he served me my food with a smile, even at 1 AM. Wendy's has been declining at both this location and the one in Pinole, but Isaiah truly enhances the experience. Thank you, Isaiah!
