I had a completely unsatisfactory experience at Barrera's Fried Chicken. They advertise their unique cooking method of doing it by eye, but in reality, my chicken was undercooked and not safe to eat. This level of negligence is not only lacking in professionalism but also poses a danger. If they are unable to guarantee that their food is cooked properly, they should not be in the business of serving it. I will not be returning to eat here again.

First time trying this place. We ordered two boxes of liver with French fries. The liver was fried to a crisp. It tasted burnt. The fries over powered with seasoned salt. We don't recommend

Chicken was awesome...prefer the dark over white. ..coleslaw was good was passing through so we sat at tables outside .....
