I frequently have issues with my orders being incomplete. After the first time, I thought it was just an honest mistake—these things can happen. The second time, I shrugged it off, assuming they were likely busy. But after the third time, I’m genuinely frustrated. What is going on? To add to the confusion, my account name has been changed to something that doesn't even resemble my name. You really need to get organized.

My wife and I placed a takeout order, but unfortunately, several items were missing and some were made incorrectly. I submitted a complaint using their online form and was pleasantly surprised to receive a refund for my order. Additionally, the general manager of the store called me several times to personally apologize. Although I wasn’t able to speak with her, I truly appreciate how the store handled my complaint. This level of customer service has left a positive impression on me, and I would consider returning because of it.

There was also a lack of visible management during our visit, which contributed to the overall poor environment. The restrooms were in unacceptable condition for both men and women, with paper towels scattered on the floor and toilets that were unsanitary. If management neglects the cleanliness and ambiance of the dining area, I can only imagine the state of the kitchen. When we left, I felt nauseated. Having worked in the industry for years, it's clear that attention to detail is sorely lacking here—not just from corporate oversight but also from health departments. There was no soap in the bathrooms, which is alarming and unhygienic. This results in patrons touching everything with their hands after they’ve used the restroom. It’s disheartening to see what was once a decent fast-food restaurant decline into such poor standards. This place is unacceptable, and I believe management should be held accountable and replaced immediately.

Good food, good service and nice environment. They let you try the sauces beforehand.

Been coming here off and on for almost 10 years. But more not the last 4, place has been going downhill for awhile,but it's never the service honestly but the food which only sems to get worst with every visit. Never coming back been to some BWWs so I know how well it could be if they had better staffed kitchen.
