Politos Pizza - Rothschild

I wish they had informed customers that they use processed cheese similar to Kraft Singles, and then add the good cheese on top of it.

I ordered five individual pizza slices and two orders of garlic knots through DoorDash. Unfortunately, my order arrived incomplete, and the garlic knots were soaked in an excessive amount of butter, although the pizza was good. I called Politos to address the issue, but the manager didn't handle the situation well. I don't want to blame the staff, but when a customer expresses that this will be their last order, a simple apology would have been appreciated. Because of this experience, I don't think I'll continue picking up Politos while I’m on my way to Starbucks. The mistake was theirs, according to the person I spoke with.

I didn't dine here, but I have to commend the establishment. I witnessed a minor car accident in the parking lot, and a Politos employee came out with gift cards for the two individuals involved. Great job! I will definitely return for pizza.

One nice thing about this place is that it's pretty close to the junior high, for all the kids that are hungry after school but don't wanna run home. They have a few combo options if you want to split something with your friends. Prices aren't to bad, the slices are large and filling. There can be long lines at this place if there is a DCE football game so plan accordingly if you happen to be hangry. Staff is usually always really friendly even if they are slammed and the

Pizza tasted great but with ordering a 20 there were only toppings on the center part of the pizza there was almost 1-2 inches of just cheese before the crust.
