Great food. Delicious mussels bread and wagu steak meal. Great cozy romantic dinner Definately would recommend this place over the Duke. Food was much much better!

We have been traveling for the past three weeks eating at various different restaurants and this one has by far been the best. I asked for a glass of wine that paired nicely with my hapuka and was not disappointed. The house made pappardelle a pasta) WOW!!! If you don't try this as your main give the entree a try. They have a limited menu but everything we tried was superb. The service was attentive and knowledgeable. The atmosphere comfortable and unpretentious. Price was higher than what you may spend at other places but well worth it. If you want a good meal with a beautiful view in this quaint town, this is your place to go.

Perfect place for a stormy night, sitting by the fireplace watching the sunset and the rain. The seafood chowder was wonderful. Fish and chips was okay, kind of soggy. It was interesting to be charged $2 extra for the bread to go with my chowder. Service was attentive.

Great wine selection and food. And even better service delivery. You can't go wrong with the snapper for two.

The view is stunning. The service warm and inviting and the food impeccable. I had the oysters and the beef. Both delummy. Their wine recommendations were also honest and fab and not too overpriced. They focus on local produce which is great.
