You must have a card to order also if you don't want to order apparently. there's no signs and the cashier forgets to tell you sometimes and rudely accuse you of stealing... very unprofessional and unfriendly staff and manager. don't waste your money there!!

I am familiar with the formula and I like it, therefore we come more than once in a vapiano restaurant. This time I had the pollo picante and it was good as always!

This restaurant provides a wide range of choices with acceptable prices, just avoid the rush hours to get the best service.

Excellent Italian food very good time and also the taste was really nice. Best offers very cooperative Chefs were all professional.

It’s just always amazing , like all the other Vapiano restaurants. There doing a good job! Simply love it.
