Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Saginaw

I really love Tropical Smoothie, especially the Kiwi Quencher, and I buy one three times a week. Unfortunately, there are times when the fruit isn't ripe, which makes the smoothie taste bitter and bland—I end up tossing those out. When the smoothies are made with sweet fruit, they taste incredible. I just wish every one I purchased could have that same delicious flavor.

The flatbread would have been much less soggy if there had been less ranch dressing. It can be less enjoyable when the portions are uneven; they were so generous with the ranch and salad, but it didn’t quite work for me. Overall, it spoiled my appetite. It felt a bit off.

The smoothies and service are great. I have to say very expensive. almost $7 a smoothie for me and mean man. a little expensive, but was great. all workers had a smile and were happy to help us ask!

Always super professional workers inside and are always hard working! Staff makes sure to get drinks out in a good time! Also, if you download the app and place your order on the app it is so much quicker than waiting inside. You can select a time you would like your order ready for pick up. I have never had an issue and smoothies are always perfect.

I placed my order online for pickup and received a notification that it was ready. However, when I arrived to collect it, my order wasn't prepared. I waited for about 10 minutes, and then someone asked if I had placed an order. After explaining the situation, I discovered that my order was just sitting there. The staff handed it to me without offering any apology, which felt quite cold. At that time, the restaurant wasn't busy, and there were no other customers to attend to. It seemed like the workers were oblivious to my presence and too preoccupied. I could potentially understand if they were rushed or short-staffed, but that just wasn't the case.
