I stopped here for lunch on my way to Raleigh because my dogs love fried chicken. The woman who assisted me was sweet, patient, and polite; I later found out her name is Carlene. She helped me with my order. The chicken wasn't as crispy as I prefer—actually, it was quite soft—but it was still very tasty. My dog enjoyed it, and that's what really matters. The ladies' restroom was also pretty clean.

It was around 8:30 PM when I arrived, and the front door was closed. The drive-thru kiosk had been knocked over, and there was someone's truck parked at the pickup window, revving its engine. A staff member mentioned it belonged to a friend's brother. The place was extremely dirty. The franchisee should really be embarrassed. Overall, I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere all 1 out of 5.

I met some friendly people while we all waited for over 35 minutes. In the end, I decided to get my money back. They were also out of many items, so I didn’t even get what I really wanted. However, they handled the refund gracefully and offered an apology. Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4
