Chick-fil-a - Saint Louis

This place is great!!! The service was absolutely incredible. The food was awesome. They even had a spot big enough for my group of 6! We had a great time.

I’m not one to write bad reviews but this deserves it. If I could give this zero stars, I would. I woke up on a monday morning craving some chicken minis and hashbrowns. I placed an online order at 10:23 am, i arrived to pick up my food at 10:32 and the worker said that they were no longer serving breakfast. I was extremely disappointed and I would go to say that this ruined the rest of my day. Overall, this was terrible start to my morning and chik fil a shouldn’t let you order something that you will not be able to receive.

We showed up unannounced with 34 people. We ordered, received, and ate our lunch in about 1hr and 10min! This crew is awesome! Food was great and all the orders were correct! No team members seemed overwhelmed, and they were all super friendly!

Fries were burnt again during the lunch hour at 12:15 pm from old fry oil. Sandwichs were a work of art. Everything was done with skill. Like the first time I ever chose it.

This fast food joint has it figured out. For the amount of people that travel in and out it moves surprisingly quick. That being said its not my favorite location as the entrance isnt the easiest to get in and out of.
