Texture By Rhézome - Saint-Malo

Originally introduced into this fine jewel of one of my partner customers that I must say has a very fine palate, texture is OHNE A DOUBT the place to go when you visit Saint Malo. The outstanding quality of each plate presents, let alone the creative presentation, but its taste and amazing service just put us on happy return to our next stay. Since then we have returned twice, the last visit about a week ago, and I must say that they are constantly surpassing our expectations. The food is simply the finest in the city, usually organic or local products. If you have an inquiry to the court, the cook, or even the beautiful owner “Manu” when I remember well, will come happy to talk about their menu in a very friendly yet professional and very welcoming way. In fact, you do not have to ask, they are only there and their fine words only stimulate you to the “Degustation Part”. I will not even begin on the wine selection again usually organic, if not all, you just want to return to more of their “cube”. Very cheap. It is one of the few restaurants in this city that knows how to maintain both a fine menu and excellent customer service, and especially welcomes you always. There is no better way to describe the unique experience than seeing the video texture that I have just discovered. See for yourself. I wish them all the best for the future I am not sure that we will be back before May 2017, but I regret that we will return, and that means above all for my partner who is very selective when it comes to food.
