Paddlers Pub - Salisbury

My experience at the restaurant tonight was quite disappointing. We were unaware that it was a limited menu night, but we decided to stay and give it a try. Unfortunately, there were no options available for kids, the fryers were out of order, and the drink choices weren't listed anywhere. We ended up paying $4.50 for a soda, with no complimentary refills offered. I've dined at upscale establishments where drinks were much cheaper. The drink prices were so exorbitant that I had to take my children elsewhere for dinner, and their meals, along with ice cream, ended up costing less than our drinks. I’ve never encountered such inflated soda prices, not even on a cruise or at an airport. Overall, the service was just average and the meal was underwhelming, although the atmosphere was quite pleasant. I would give the food and service a rating of 2, while the atmosphere deserves a 5. The cost per person for dinner ranged from $20 to $30.

The staff was really great, but the food didn’t impress me. It varied depending on when I visited, but overall, it wasn't special at all. The nachos were the worst I've ever had. On a positive note, the drinks were good.

The wait staff was incredibly friendly, and I sat in front of the fireplace. In my opinion, they serve the best pizza within a 15-mile radius.
