Café Niche - Salt Lake City

I was very impressed with Cafe NicheI will return whenever I have a chance and I encourage you to give it a try.

Solid breakfast! Not greasy, and a lot of clean eating options as well as some sinful sweets.

Cute place. Went for the first time for biscuits and gravy, but they didn 't have any. Ordered the burger, which was good. It came with a salad that had vinaigrette type of dressing on the same plate. By the time I got to my burger, the bun was totally soaked. French fries are not on the menu (which I think is a staple with a burger). The Caesar salad my son ordered with his burger looked good (better than the Niche salad). The server was nice. Nobody greeted us when we walked in, and nobody even looked up. We didn 't know if we were to seat ourselves or wait to be seated. I walked up to the bar and asked. Then, I waited to be seated. Will return to try the biscuits and gravy sometime, probably.
