J-Prime Steakhouse - San Andreas

I'm a rib eye steak lover and heard friends talked about the fame of steakhouses in Texas before travelling to USA. So, I decided to reserve a table for dinner at a steakhouse nearby the La Cantera shopping mall, where the very highly rated J-Prime Steakhouse became my choice. Firstly, I was impressed that they offered complimentary valet parking. At the dining , I ordered the premium choice from the menu, the 45 days aged American Wagyu ribeye. Also coupled with the sides, the truffle french fries and cream cheese spinach. Full satisfactory level from the main to the sides and even the homemade butter. The medium made steak is consistent across the whole meat.

Everything is good just my steak is not warm enough other than everything is good

We were in town from Maine working as volunteers at The Valero Texas Open. We wanted a good steak house to go to and found the best in Texas!!! Celebrated my birthday and was treated amazingly! Excellent service and the food was exceptional. We were not disappointed. Will go back again and again. Thanks for the experience.

First time and atmosphere was awesome. I went in there for just a couple drinks. I should've got food but just wasn't hungry enough. I will when ai go back

Food was great, our server was amazing and had attention to detail. My only qualm would be it was extremely crowded and pretty noisy to be an upscale steakhouse. We set our reservations for 7:45, we arrived at 7:40 or so and still had to wait about 15-20 minutes to be seated. Again our server was great and food was great!
