A Taste Of Texas - Sandbridge

This is the best barbecue place in town! The chopped beef brisket and green beans were mouthwatering. The sauces are fantastic if you want to add some extra flavor, but honestly, they’re not even necessary. Also, the cheesecake cookie is simply amazing!

The food was tasty, though it was a little on the dry side. I had hoped to try some pulled chicken, but they only offer pulled pork. Additionally, they serve brisket and thick slices of smoked turkey. The sides were enjoyable; I had the smoked beans and fries, which were served hot. The staff was very friendly as well.

This is the best BBQ we've found, and I can't believe it took us so long to give it a try! The brisket was incredibly tender and delicious, and the smoked chicken was outstanding—so moist and flavorful; I could just eat an order of the crispy chicken skin! I think we met the owner when he brought our food to our table. The service was so warm and inviting; you'd think he was eager to earn a tip! He even came back to check on us after we got our meals and brought a selection of sauces for us to sample, along with a cookie for my daughter. My husband and I shared the two-meat platter and ordered a half rack of ribs, which was more than enough for us. Everything was delicious, and we were thoroughly impressed—nothing disappointed us!

I cannot recommend Taste of Texas enough! As a BBQ lover, it's rare to find a great spot, but you guys are incredible! I'm definitely a lifelong customer now! Keep up the fantastic BBQ! Also, I absolutely love the peach whiskey sauce—it's amazing! Could you please add that to your delivery sauce options? Thank you!

If you're in the mood for smoked meat, this is the spot to visit! The portions are generous and definitely worth the price. You won't regret it!
